FREE Irish Film Series at Elms College

All films will be shown in the Elms College Alumnae Library Theater at 7:00 pm. Free and open to the public but donations are welcome.

This week:
January 26 – “The Race” Eleven-year-old Mary, living in a poor, rural community in Northern Ireland, has to deal with school bullies, her stubborn father, her parent’s crumbling marriage and her daily farm chores while training for a Championship Go-Cart Race.

February 2 – “The Fighting Prince of Donegal” Young Hugh O’Donnell has his hands full with the army of Queen Elizabeth I. He must lead his kinsmen in battle against the villainous Captain Leeds.
